Japanese Dinner in Paris

"You went to France, specifically to Paris, just to eat Japanese food. By that logic, I will go to Japan to eat French and to the Philippines to eat Italian…"

…is what my good friend Flo told me when I responded “Japanese!” to his question “What do you want for dinner? Je t’invite (my treat)” during my second night in Paris last October 2012.

I was missing food from home and the closest there was to it, at least during that moment, was a Japanese restaurant ! So sue me.
